John J. Flanagan (Touro Law School, 1990) is presently
serving his fourth term as New York State Senator representing
the Town of Smithtown and portions of the towns of Brookhaven
and Huntington. He previously served in the New York State
Assembly for 16 years where he acted in various leadership
capacities, including serving the last four years as the
Ranking Republican on the Ways and Means Committee.
A graduate of the College of William and Mary with a B.A. in economics, he maintains
a general practice with the Firm, with an emphasis on real estate.
