Robert Chicco (St. John’s University School of
Law, 1980) concentrates his practice in real estate law
with a special emphasis on cooperative, and condominiums.
He currently represents the boards of over fifty associations,
as well as sponsors of new construction and conversion
offering plans.
Mr. Chicco is a member of the Columbian
Lawyers Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
He is also an active member of the Cooperative and Condominium
Committee of the Real Property section of the New York
Bar Association.
